The new Mareterra eco-district will include residential housing, other facilities, and a public car park, along with a marina and pedestrian quays, a green park, a shaded coastal promenade, and the extension of the Grimaldi Forum.
The Forum will see its exhibition capacity increased by 50% with almost 6,000 m² of additional space, allowing it to host bigger events, combine more events simultaneously, and offer a more flexible venue for more original formats. The development will be a valuable asset for the Principality's international attractiveness.
The modulable and versatile extension will be accessible via a separate exterior entrance, and will also be connected to the rest of the building. Clients and guests of the Grimaldi Forum will also be able to take advantage of over 2,000 m² of outdoor spaces, with views of the Mediterranean from the Terrasse Ravel. The extension will consolidate this high-tech, environmentally friendly conference centre's status as a unique venue at the heart of an exceptional destination.
