The Visit Monaco logo displayed on the AS Monaco Football Club shirt!

The Principality is a land of sporting achievements of all kinds, from Formula 1 and tennis to athletics, rallying and... football. A purveyor of excitement since 1924, with one of the most impressive records in the French league and a regular in European competition, the red-and-white club and equipment manufacturer Kappa have just unveiled the official home kit for the 2023-2024 season, made entirely from recycled materials.

While the new shirt still features the iconic diagonal designed by Princess Grace at the dawn of the 1960s, there are a number of special features for the coming season.

Monegasque players will wear the "Visit Monaco" logo on the front of the shirt. This partnership of heart and mind, with its perfectly local roots, enables both the Tourism and Convention Authority and AS Monaco Football Club to contribute to the development of a Principality that is constantly raising its profile on the international stage.

It was only natural that these two Monegasque entities should come to an agreement, with the Tourism and Convention Authority's mission being to promote the Principality and its tourist attractions around the world, and AS Monaco helping to shine a spotlight on the sporting scene.

In addition to this alliance, which will contribute to the country's attractiveness, the Asémistes will play with the club's motto on the back of the collar: "Daghe Munegu", doubled with the words "Rouge et Blanc", confirming the unique identity of the institution.

For decades, and even more so since the accession of H.S.H. Prince Albert II in 2005, environmental protection has been one of the Principality's core concerns, and all those involved are committed to sustainable development. AS Monaco is no exception and is committed to this approach.

With this in mind, the home shirt is made from 100% recycled polyester. A shirt with a unique character that meets the criteria of sustainability and recycling of materials. This initiative is part of a wider eco-responsibility initiative, in the same way as the partnership with the Oceanographic Institute and the AS Monaco x Kappa shop's membership of the government's Commerce Engagé label.
