Heavent Meetings is a European Trade Show dedicated to
the Meeting & Incentive industry attracting Top European buyers and
organising face to face appointments & events with selected service providers
& leading European destinations. All those qualified pre-organised meetings
were orchestrated in the strict respect of the local sanitary regulation
following the COVID19 crisis in France. The Monaco Government Tourist &
Convention Authority had the great pleasure to participate with all their
Hotels & Destination Management Companies together with the Grimaldi Forum
Monaco & the Monaco Convention Bureau as a Monaco Team on the « Visit Monaco » booth sharing all
news of the destination & welcoming all Meeting & Incentive decision
makers for the first time since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Meetings 2020» was a very important event fully showcasing the positive energy
for the Meeting & Incentive industry preparing the future of the Covid-19
crisis. Human interaction, Face to Face meetings are still essential; Organising
meetings & Conferences in the near future are the priority to reinforce
social bonds & share sales & marketing messages. This event has
highlighted the fact that all participants wanted to know more about adapted
social solutions opening the prospect of a clearer future of what will be the
MICE Industry post Covid19. It was then clear that Finally Meeting Again was the solution and human interaction will
always be the essence of this Industry.
In France
the 1st & 2nd of September 2020 was for all of us the most awaited dates in
the Meeting & Incentive Industry agenda. During this show, thematic
conferences were organised outdoor on the Terraces of the Palais des Festivals
& des Congres in Cannes.
