It was perhaps the most hotly anticipated opening of 2023, as the Café
de Paris Monte-Carlo emerged from its transformation to once again welcome the
whole of Monaco for exceptional, unforgettable experiences.
The prestigious venue, which has stood on the Place du Casino for 150
years, has been taken to a whole new level - quite literally, as it now covers
two floors. Visitors enter on the ground floor, greeted by the majestically
redesigned portico, to discover the classic bistro spirit in the luxurious
interior with a distinctive art nouveau style. Materials of the highest
quality, from marble to leather and wood, a sumptuous skylight, a wide zinc bar
and beautifully restored historic windows combine to give the iconic brasserie
endless charm.
On the upper floor, the stunning new views of the legendary square, the
quiet and cosy atmosphere, and the stylish decor hold the promise of memorable
meals. Whether at lunchtime or in the evening, you can savour the classic
dishes associated with the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, such as French onion
soup, oeufs mayonnaise and caviar, or the famous crêpe Suzette, created at the
brassier in 1896.
